The Team and Role:
Sr. SDT Manager (Supplier Quality) is responsible for being leader of the global supplier development team.

1. Qualify the new suppliers,

2. Review and approve the quality contract for suppliers,
3. Manage existing ME supplier quality,

4. Solve the component quality issues,
5. Drive CIP project for the suppliers to do quality and productivity improvement.

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

1. Having rich experience in tooling fabrication, plastic molding, painting, printing and sub-assembly process;

2. Good at New Product Introduction (NPI) management;

3. Familiar with supplier management process such as qualification, development and improvement process;

4. Good leadership and execution ability;

5. Fluent in English oral speaking and presentation skill;

6. Good records of cross-functional collaboration in problem solving and risk assessment

7. Familiar with quality methodologies (QFD, DFMEA, PFMEA, CAR’s, Continuous Improvement, SPC, Six Sigma, Product Life Evaluation, Quality Audits);

8. Willing to travel across Mainland China or overseas;

9. Has 5-8 years management position experience, need to manage a 10+ members organization.
